For more than 18 years, I've worked in behavioral health, helping people navigate trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and life's most difficult transitions. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to write a different chapter of their story.

While therapy should feel supportive and safe, I also believe meaningful growth sometimes comes from having honest conversations and being willing to look at things from a different perspective.
